Q: I am interested in a Tonneau cover for an 85 c10 stepside pick up. How difficult is it to assemble and attached to the pick up?
A: This GM stepside model is fairly easy to assemble due especially to it's smaller size. We recommend watching our video to have an overview of the assembly. The cover is the same on all models, the only difference is the mounting to the bed. We try to keep drilling to a minimum on the specialties. We will be happy to send out assembly instructions before purchasing. Thanks.
Q: One more question, how many inches does it overlap on the bed rails on the side?
A: Only 1" will rest on the top of the bed rails.
Q: What are the dimensions of this cover fully assembled?
Q: I want to buy a cover for a 1957 3100 stepside. Are all the beds the same size? Also would it be feasible to buy an extra cross bow and mounts to prevent excessive flapping??
A: All the 6'6" Chevy stepsides from 1954-87 are the same size. Made in the USA makes it easy to obtain additional parts for what ever your needs.
Q: this lists Black vinal basic. Black Max(extra strength)what is the difference? I Live in the northeast with snow and was wondering which would be best.
